Job Overview :- The Academic Tutor Manager will oversee tutors, ensure high-quality academic delivery, manage daily class operations, and maintain effective communication with parents. The role focuses on enhancing student learning outcomes through structured academic monitoring, tutor performance management, and efficient operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and supervise academic tutors while ensuring quality delivery of classes

● Monitor tutor performance and student progress, and provide regular feedback for improvement

● Act as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing concerns and sharing performance updates

Education & Eligibility

● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

● 2025-2026 passing-out batch candidates are eligible

● Freshers are encouraged to apply

● Prior experience in education, tutoring, or academic coordination will be an added advantage

Compensation & Benefits

● Probation (First 3 Months): ₹3.25LPA (Fixed)

● Post Probation: ₹4.25 LPA (Fixed) + ₹0.5 LPA (Performance-based Variable)
