Job SummaryCareer Comrade is seeking a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counselling, and relationship-building skills to help students make informed academic decisions and ensure a seamless admission experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
• Explain course details, fee structures, scholarships, and required documentation.
• Assist students throughout the application and admission process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of admissions.
• Resolve student queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• EligibilityBachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Experience in academic counselling, admissions, telesales, customer support, or business development is an added advantage.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
• Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Preferred ExperienceExperience in the education, EdTech, or admission consulting industry.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
