Job Description We're looking for a soft-spoken, articulate Academic Success Counsellor to be the bridge between our faculty, students, and parents — someone who can manage the academic backend while building genuine trust with families.

Responsibilities:

• Class scheduling and day-to-day conduction across batches
• Creating and sharing student study/performance reports
• Checking and scoring test papers
• Regular communication with parents on student performance and progress
• Parent handling and counselling — explaining courses, addressing concerns, building confidence in our teaching approach

Who Should Apply

• Graduate, Science/Engineering background preferred
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Soft-spoken with strong interpersonal skills
• Patient, detail-oriented, comfortable with both academic admin work and parent-facing conversations

Prior counselling/ed-tech/coaching experience is a plus
