Position Overview: We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented, and empathetic Admission Counsellors to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping learners take the next step in their professional development by enrolling in our premium certification programs, offered in collaboration with prestigious institutions such as IIT Patna, IIMs, and other top-tier universities.


Key responsibilities include:

● Call and follow up with potential learners who have attended our workshops.

● Understand their learning goals, career aspirations, and guide them toward enrolling in programs such as Generative AI, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing and other high-demand fields.

● Address queries related to the program, curriculum, benefits, and career outcomes.

● Maintain a structured sales pipeline and update interactions in the CRM.

● Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets.

● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer outreach.

● Provide regular feedback on customer responses and objections to improve sales strategies.


Key Skills Required:

● Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

● Ability to engage and build relationships over calls.

● Confidence in explaining program details and handling objections.

● Sales mindset with a customer-first approach.

● Basic understanding of AI, Data, Digital Marketing, and emerging tech trends (preferred but not mandatory).

● Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to achieve success.
