A La Carte Chef (Indian Cuisine & Desserts)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate A La Carte Chef specializing in Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing high-quality Indian dishes, developing new menu offerings, and producing traditional Indian desserts. Knowledge of Continental, Chinese, Italian, or other cuisines will be an added advantage.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare Indian à la carte dishes as per standardized recipes.
  • Prepare traditional Indian desserts and sweets.
  • Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.
  • Follow FSSAI and food safety guidelines.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
