A La Carte Chef (Indian Cuisine & Desserts)
We are seeking an experienced and passionate A La Carte Chef specializing in Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing high-quality Indian dishes, developing new menu offerings, and producing traditional Indian desserts. Knowledge of Continental, Chinese, Italian, or other cuisines will be an added advantage.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare Indian à la carte dishes as per standardized recipes.
- Prepare traditional Indian desserts and sweets.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.
- Follow FSSAI and food safety guidelines.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
