Job Description – Interior Designer (Luxury Villas)

Qualification : Bachelor of Architecture Mandatory

Position: Interior Designer

Experience: 1–3 Years

About the Role:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with experience in luxury villas and premium residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing presentations, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring quality execution of interiors.

• Key Responsibilities:Create innovative interior design concepts for luxury villas and high-end residential projects
• Develop space planning, furniture layouts, material selections, and design proposals
• Prepare mood boards, concept presentations, and client presentations
• Create detailed drawings, elevations, sections, and working drawings
• Coordinate with architects, 3D visualizers, vendors, and execution teams
• Select finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories
• Conduct site visits and support project execution
• Ensure designs meet client expectations and project timelines
• 
  

Required Skills:✅ Strong knowledge of luxury villa / residential interiors

✅ Hands-on experience in:

• SketchUp
• Lumion / D5 Render
• Photoshop
• AutoCAD
• 3D Visualization

✅ Knowledge of:

• Interior detailing
• Materials & finishes
• Furniture design
• Lighting concepts
• Space planning

Qualification:🎓 Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) Mandatory

• Experience:1–3 years of experience in luxury villas, premium residences, or high-end interior projects
• Candidate Profile:Strong portfolio showcasing luxury villa / residential projects
• Good design sense and creative thinking
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to convert concepts into detailed designs
• Hands-on approach towards design development and execution

Interview Process:Round 1: Portfolio Review

• Review of previous luxury villa / residential interior projects
• Evaluation of creativity, design concepts, detailing, and project experience

Round 2: Design Assignment

• Practical assignment to assess design skills, space planning, technical knowledge, and visualization ability

Round 3: Face-to-Face Discussion – HR Round

• Experience discussion
• Role expectations
• Communication and cultural fit assessment

Round 4: Face-to-Face Discussion – CEO Round

• Final discussion with CEO
• Design approach, project alignment, career growth, and expectations
