Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Welders to join our dynamic production and installation team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on expertise in aluminium welding, contributing to the creation of precise and durable structures for various signage projects. This role demands technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding operations using aluminium welding techniques.

Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components according to technical drawings and blueprints.

Ensure all welding work meets the company’s quality and safety standards.

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on metal structures and signage frames.

Collaborate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Inspect and maintain welding tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Adhere to workplace safety regulations and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Assist in on-site signage installations as required.

Qualifications:

ITI certification in Welding, Fabrication, or a related trade.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in aluminium and arc welding (experience in signage manufacturing is an added advantage).

Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.

Proficiency in operating welding tools and understanding various welding techniques.

Knowledge of safety standards and protocols related to welding and metalwork.

Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Physically fit to handle demanding tasks and capable of working in diverse environments.
