• Job Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Plan and monitor receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory management.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and cycle counts.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all materials.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase and operations teams.
• Identify and reduce stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and wastage.
• Manage warehouse staff, allocate daily tasks, and monitor their performance.
• Ensure timely inward and outward movement of materials.
• Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.
• Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse and inventory reports.
• Handle warehouse-related issues and take corrective action when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the warehouse.
• Requirements:Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.
• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Experience in handling warehouse staff and daily operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
