Warehouse Executive

1. Warehouse Operations ManagementOversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and stock movement.

• Ensure proper storage conditions and FIFO/FEFO practices for all food and packaging materials.
• Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, and organization standards.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory verification.
• Monitor stock aging and minimize wastage, damage, and pilferage.
• Ensure accurate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and stock issuance processes.
• 2. Inventory ManagementMaintain optimum inventory levels across warehouse and stores.
• Monitor inventory consumption patterns and forecast requirements.
• Coordinate with stores for stock replenishment and transfers.
• Track slow-moving, non-moving, and near-expiry inventory.
• Implement inventory control measures to reduce stock variances.
• Ensure monthly stock reconciliation between warehouse and stores.
• 3. Store Supply & DistributionPlan and execute timely dispatches to all Churroland outlets.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation arrangements.
• Ensure stores receive the correct quantity and quality of products.
• Monitor stock availability to prevent operational disruptions.
• 4. MIS & Data ManagementDevelop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Generate reports on:
• Sales performance
• Food cost and packaging cost
• Inventory consumption
• Stock variance
• Purchase analysis
• Wastage tracking
• Outlet performance
• Labour productivity
• Create dashboards and performance trackers for management review.
• Analyze operational data and provide actionable recommendations.
• 5. Procurement CoordinationCoordinate with approved vendors for replenishment planning.
• Monitor purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Maintain vendor database and supplier performance records.
• Assist management in cost negotiations and procurement planning.
• Track price movements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• 6. Compliance & Process ControlEnsure adherence to SOPs related to inventory and warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement warehouse process improvements.
• Support internal audits and compliance checks.
