Role Overview

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive who can efficiently handle both computer-based tasks and warehouse floor operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel and be comfortable with picking, packing, data entry and daily warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain daily operational records.
• Prepare MIS and reports using MS Excel.
• Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables for data management and reporting.
• Perform warehouse floor activities including Picking and Packing.
• Ensure accuracy in inventory-related data and physical stock handling.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain proper records and ensure timely reporting.

Required Skills

• Good computer knowledge.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Good data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on both computer-based tasks and warehouse floor operations.
• Basic communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in Warehousing, Logistics, Inventory, Data Entry or Operations will be preferred.
