VMC Machine Operator

Operate VMC machines as per production requirements.Load and unload components safely.Set workpieces, fixtures, and tools on the machine.Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.Perform offset corrections and basic machine setting adjustments.Measure components using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and other measuring instruments.Ensure components meet quality specifications and tolerances.Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.Maintain production records and inspection reports.Follow safety procedures and company policies.Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area (5S).Required Skills:Knowledge of VMC machine operation.Ability to read mechanical drawings.Familiarity with G-code and M-code basics.Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters.Experience in handling measuring instruments.Understanding of quality requirements and inspection procedures.Qualification:ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Preferred Experience:Experience in aerospace, automotive, precision machining, or engineering industries.Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controls.Salary:₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).Job Type:Full-timeRotational ShiftsImmediate Joiners Preferred.
