Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Video Production: Edit high-engaging short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube, brand films, campaigns).
• AI-Enhanced Workflow: Utilize AI generation and video tools for tasks like automated captioning, voice synthesis, smart asset generation, upscaling, and rapid ideation.
• Post-Production Polish: Craft smooth transitions, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and typography to elevate visual quality.
• Creative Collaboration: Work alongside marketing and creative teams to brainstorm concepts and execute multi-platform video strategies.
• Platform Optimization: Format, crop, and optimize videos for maximum engagement across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Web.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Traditional NLE Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.

• Hands-on AI Expertise: Active experience using AI video and creative tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Premiere AI features, Topaz, Descript, HeyGen, or similar).
• Storytelling & Pacing: Strong grasp of visual pacing, sound design, typography, and storytelling across various video formats.
• Technical Savvy: Thorough understanding of video codecs, aspect ratios, color spaces, and export settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

Motion graphics, 2D animation, or VFX capabilities.

• Proven track record of creating high-performing social media campaigns.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both polished traditional edits and creative AI integration.
