Astrapia uPVC Tech Pvt. Ltd. is a growing manufacturer of premium uPVC windows and doors, serving residential, commercial, and government projects. We are looking for a Video Content Creator / Video Shooter & Editor to create professional video content featuring our products, projects, manufacturing facilities, and digital platforms.

About the Role

This is primarily a video shooting and editing role. You do not need to be an expert in marketing, copywriting, or graphic design. We are looking for someone who can capture strong footage and edit it into polished, engaging videos.

• Key Responsibilities Shoot high-quality videos of Astrapia products, windows, doors, manufacturing processes, and completed projects.
• Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content.
• Capture product close-ups, installation videos, factory footage, and project walkthroughs.
• Use a gimbal to capture smooth, professional shots.
• Record clear audio using the provided microphone.
• Edit videos with suitable cuts, transitions, text, subtitles, music, and basic effects.
• Maintain good pacing and visual storytelling.
• Prepare video versions suitable for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Organize and maintain video footage properly.
• Travel to project sites, factory locations, and showrooms when required.
• Coordinate with management and the marketing team on shooting requirements.
• Continue improving shooting and editing techniques.

Equipment ProvidedAstrapia will provide the equipment needed for the role:

• iPhone for professional video shooting
• Gimbal
• External microphone
• Lighting equipment
• Laptop for editing
• Required editing software

You do not need to own a professional camera, laptop, or expensive equipment.

• Skills We’re Looking for good eye for framing, composition, angles, and camera movement.
• Ability to shoot smooth gimbal videos.
• Basic understanding of lighting and audio.
• Good video-editing skills and an understanding of pacing.
• Ability to create engaging Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Responsibility and care when using company equipment.
• Comfort working at factories, showrooms, and project sites.

Editing Software Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, VN, Filmore, or other editing software is welcome. You do not need to know every software package; strong editing ability matters most.

• Experience Freshers with strong practical shooting and editing skills are welcome.
• 1–3 years of experience in videography, video editing, or content creation is an advantage.
• Candidates with a strong portfolio or showreel may be considered even without significant professional experience.

Portfolio

Candidates are encouraged to share examples of previous work, such as:

• Reels or Shorts
• Product or commercial videos
• Travel or event videos
• College or personal projects

A strong portfolio may matter more than formal qualifications.

Role Focus

This position is primarily focused on video shooting and editing. The core requirement is the ability to shoot and edit professional videos. The role is not primarily focused on content writing, SEO, graphic design, digital advertising, tele calling, or sales. Basic social-media understanding is useful.
