Travel Agent / Consultant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer travel requirements, designing suitable travel packages, making hotel and transportation arrangements, providing quotations, and ensuring a smooth travel experience from booking to completion.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and travel plans.
• Prepare customized domestic and international tour packages.
• Create detailed itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
• Coordinate with hotels, resorts, transport providers, and other travel partners.
• Negotiate and obtain competitive rates from hotels and vendors.
• Handle hotel, vehicle, sightseeing, and activity bookings.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain regular communication with customers before and during their trip.
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and customer queries.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of tours.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, payments, and customer details.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop repeat business and maintain good relationships with customers.

• Strong knowledge of travel destinations and tourism products.
• Ability to create attractive and practical travel itineraries.

• Ability to work with travel portals, booking systems, Excel, email, and WhatsApp.

• Qualification & ExperienceAny graduate with a passion for travel and tourism.
• Experience in the travel industry, tour operations, hotel sales, or travel sales is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also be considered.
