Our Telecaller Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, pitching products or services, and closing sales over the phone to meet organisational revenue targets.

We are seeking a results-driven and persuasive Telecaller Sales Representative. You will pitch offerings, handle objections, and convert leads into loyal customers. An ideal candidate has excellent verbal communication and strong negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Initiate cold or warm calls to potential leads.
• Lead Conversion: Convert prospective buyers into paying clients.
• Pitch Customization: Adapt pre-defined scripts to match customer needs.
• Query Resolution: Answer customer doubts regarding product features.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
• CRM Management: Document call details and update client records.
• Follow-up Management: Call hot prospects regularly to close deals.
• Market Feedback: Relay common consumer pain points to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or a marketing degree.
• Experience: Proven track record in telesales or telecalling.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English, and specific regional languages like Hindi, Kannada and Tamil.
• Tech Literacy: Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Excel.
• Core Abilities: Excellent telephone etiquette and negotiation power.
• Mental Resilience: High capacity to handle rejections calmly.
