Tele Sales Executive

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to connect with customers over calls, understand their requirements, explain products/services, and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers through calls and generate sales.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
  • Explain service features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Follow up with interested customers and convert leads.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer and call records.
  • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate with the relevant teams for successful customer onboarding.

Requirements

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling.
