Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the company’s products and services clearly.
- Understand customer needs and share relevant product information.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Schedule meetings or pass qualified leads to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer details.
- Follow up with customers on quotations, enquiries, and pending decisions.
- Work toward assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
- Handle customer questions professionally and escalate issues when needed.
- Follow company calling guidelines and protect customer information.
Preferred skills:
- Clear communication and a polite phone manner.
- Confidence speaking with customers and handling objections.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Good listening, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Any degree; immediate joiners preferred.
