⏳ Working Hours & Shift Timings

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Sunday: Fixed Weekly Off (Holiday)

Saturday: Half-Day

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database.

Pitch our services effectively and identify genuine, interested leads.

Maintain a accurate record of customer interactions and follow-up statuses.

Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets.

Pass qualified leads smoothly to the senior sales/closings team.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education: 12th Pass / 2nd PUC / Graduates can apply.

Skills: Good communication skills, active listening, and a convincing personality.

Experience: Freshers are welcome! Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer support is a plus.

Languages Known: Kannada and English (Hindi or other regional languages is an added advantage).
