6. Follow-ups & Customer Support

Regularly follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

8. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prepare daily/weekly reports.

9. Coordination with Internal Teams

Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

10. After-Sales Service

Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale and handle any issues or feedback.
