Parent Counsellor / In-House Sales Executive – EdTech Experience: 2years – 5 Years

Job Type: Full-Time | Day Shift


Job Description:

We are looking for a result-oriented Parent Counsellor / In-House Sales Executive to counsel parents and students, understand their academic needs, and recommend suitable courses. The role involves lead handling, follow-ups, counselling, and converting enquiries into enrollments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel parents and students through calls and meetings.
  • Handle inbound & outbound leads and follow up.
  • Convert enquiries into course enrollments.
  • Achieve sales and enrollment targets.
  • Maintain CRM and lead records.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and students.


Requirements:

  • 2 years – 5 years of experience in Education Counselling, EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, or Academic Counselling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
