Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive for our marble and granite business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer enquiries, following up with architects/builders/interior designers, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Call prospective customers and explain company products and services.

Generate leads from architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and walk-in enquiries.

Follow up on quotations and pending orders.

Coordinate with showroom and warehouse teams for stock availability.

Maintain customer database and daily call reports.

Share product photos, catalogues, and pricing through WhatsApp/email.

Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

Support sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, or Telugu.

Experience in telesales/customer support preferred.

Basic knowledge of marble/granite industry is an advantage.

Ability to convince customers and close enquiries.

Familiarity with CRM, Excel, and WhatsApp Business.

Qualification

Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma

1–3 years experience preferred
