Job Description
Lead and supervise the telecalling team.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Monitor call quality and team performance.
Train and coach new and existing telecallers.
Prepare MIS reports and analyze KPIs.
Handle customer escalations and resolve issues.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
Improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
