• Key Responsibilities: Contact potential and existing customers via phone calls.
• Explain insurance products and services to customers.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant policy information.
• Answer customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups for sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Work Timings: 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM
