Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Loan Process

About the Role Dynamic Consultation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Executives to join our growing Loan Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, and assisting them with suitable loan products. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding various loan products.

• Promote and explain Home Loans, Business Loans, Education Loans, Personal Loans, Mortgage Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Guide customers regarding loan eligibility, required documentation, and application procedures.

• Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth loan application processing.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update data in the CRM/system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.

• Build long-term relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresher to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Service, or Loan Process.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Good communication skills in Hindi. English communication will be an added advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, Email, and Internet usage.

• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

Salary- ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives (Based on experience and interview performance).
