Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to communicate with potential and existing customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining products or services, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries.
  • Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, payments, or service updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or databases.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Required Skills and QualificationsHigh school diploma, PUC, or bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
