Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain services, follow up with prospects, and convert potential leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, understand their requirements, and effectively communicate the company’s products/services.
2.Generate and qualify leads through telecalling, conduct regular follow-ups, and maintain accurate customer and lead records.
3.Handle customer queries professionally, build strong relationships, and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
4.Coordinate with the sales team, provide regular updates on lead status, and ensure timely follow-up for conversions.
Requirements:
1.Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
2.Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.
3.Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and willingness to work with sales targets.
