Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
2. Introduce our product and highlight their benefits.
3. Handle customer queries.
4. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interaction.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals.

Requirement

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Prior experience in telesales/telemarketing(preferred).
3. Fluency in English and local languages(kannada,hindi).
4. Basic computer skills.
