Telecaller cum Receptionist

Location: 5C Print Pro – Koramangala, Bengaluru

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: 5C Print Pro, Koramangala 4th Block, Bengaluru

6 Days Working – Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 200–250 customer/prospect calls daily to generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
• Actively engage with customers, explain our services, and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
• Maintain a database of inquiries, leads, and customer follow-ups.
• Attend and guide walk-in clients whenever required.
• Provide basic front desk support and direct customers to the concerned team.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams as required.
• Maintain a customer-first attitude and clear communication.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in telecalling and/or front desk management.
• Strong communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
• Presentable, polite, and fluent in English and local language(s).
• Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls (200–250 calls daily).
• Willing to take up telecalling as the primary responsibility, with basic reception support when required.
• Familiar with basic office software.
