Job Description

Company: Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training


Role: Tele Counsellor


Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details.
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested candidates.
  • Achieve daily calling and conversion targets.
  • Maintain candidate details and follow up regularly.


  • Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in Tele calling
  • Education: PUC / Any Degree
  • Languages: English & Kannada mandatory; candidates with English + Tamil / Telugu / Hindi / Malayalam can also apply.


Work Details:

  • Working Days: 6 Days
  • Week Off: Fixed Sunday
  • Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Experienced CTC: ₹26,700 per month
  • Fresher's CTC : 18,800 per month
  • Payroll: Direct Company Payroll
