Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller Outbound (Telesales) executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers daily.
• Explain company products and services clearly.
• Generate and follow up on leads.
• Maintain customer database and call records.
• Convince customers and close sales effectively.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for conversions and support.

Requirements :

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (Manditory).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Prior telesales/telecalling experience is preferred.
