Telecaller Outbound

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Explain products/services and answer customer queries.

Generate leads and schedule appointments.

Follow up with interested customers.

Maintain accurate call records in the CRM.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate.

Good communication skills in English and the local language.

Basic computer knowledge.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
