JOB DESCRIPTION – TELECALLER

Position: Telecaller – Credit Card & Personal Loan Sales

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Telecallers to promote and sell credit cards and personal loan products to potential customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining financial products, following up with customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers for credit card and personal loan sales.

- Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and applicable charges.

- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Follow up with interested customers and assist with application completion.

- Collect and verify customer documents as per company and lender requirements.

- Maintain accurate call records and customer information in the CRM.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Follow up on pending applications and coordinate with the processing team.

- Maintain professional communication and ensure ethical sales practices.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Kannada.

- Basic computer knowledge and telephone handling skills.

- Positive attitude, convincing skills, and willingness to achieve targets.
