Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outgoing calls to students and parents based on enquiry data provided
• Answer incoming calls related to admissions, courses, fees, and facilities
• Explain PU courses (Science / Commerce), admission process, and college features
• Follow up with interested students and parents regularly
• Schedule campus visits and counseling appointments
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the admissions team and office staff
• Handle basic WhatsApp messages and enquiry responses (if required)
• Meet daily / weekly enquiry follow-up targets
