Team Leader

Role Overview:

The Loan Recovery Team Leader oversees a team responsible for delinquent loan collections. They ensure targets are met, strategies are implemented, and compliance is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the loan recovery team.
• Set recovery targets and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Develop and train team members on best practices, compliance, and customer engagement strategies.
• Escalate high-risk cases to senior management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical collection practices.

Qualifications:

• SSLC above
• 2+ years of experience in loan recovery or collections.
• Proven leadership experience, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of credit policies, legal frameworks, and risk assessment.

Skills and Competencies:
