Support Executive – Order Processing & Ecommerce Operations

Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordination and support with all departments on daily operations

Daily online order details updation and report management

Custom size measurements updation and tracking

Production follow-ups with the merchandising team for timely execution

Handling courier discrepancies and coordination with courier partners

Item name and SKU creation coordination with the digital team

Follow-up on offline order billing and execution

Preparation and maintenance of reports related to:

PO (Purchase Orders)

BOM (Bill of Materials)

Upcoming sales projection plan on delivers

Candidate Requirements:

Ecommerce industry experience is mandatory

Knowledge of inventory management and execution timelines

Good communication and coordination skills

 reporting and Excel knowledge preferred

Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently
