Job Description
- Site Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities (Simple)Supervise daily work activities at the site.
- Monitor workers and assign tasks.
- Ensure work is completed safely and on time.
- Check the quality of work and materials.
- Maintain attendance and daily site records.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and PPE.
- Report site progress and any issues to management.
- Follow project plans, drawings, and safety regulations.
- Resolve minor site problems and support smooth operations.
