Job SummaryTeknik Motors is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to drive motorcycle sales, assist walk-in customers, generate leads, and deliver an exceptional Royal Enfield buying experience.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist showroom walk-in customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Royal Enfield models.
  • Conduct product presentations and test ride arrangements.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads from walk-ins, references, and digital inquiries.
  • Explain vehicle features, finance options, insurance, and accessories.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain customer records and sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for vehicle delivery.
  • Ensure showroom display standards and product knowledge are maintained.
  • Participate in promotional activities and sales campaigns.
  • Eligibility12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
  • Prior experience in automobile, retail, or direct sales is preferred.
  • Skills RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Fluency in Kannada. Knowledge of English, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu is an added advantage.
