Shift Manager

🔹 Job Description:We are hiring Shift Managers with 1–5 years of experience in food service or cloud kitchen operations. You will help manage kitchen activities, support staff, ensure timely order dispatch, and maintain food safety and hygiene during your shift.

• ✅ Key Responsibilities:Support Shift Manager in daily kitchen operations.

• Oversee food preparation, packing, and dispatch of online orders (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.).
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with FSSAI guidelines.
• Monitor stock and report shortages during shifts.
• Coordinate with kitchen and delivery staff for smooth operations.
• Maintain shift reports and handle minor operational issues.
• 🛠️ Requirements:1 to 5 years experience in cloud kitchen, QSR, or restaurant setup.
• Strong understanding of kitchen workflows and food safety practices.
• Comfortable using delivery platforms and basic POS systems.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Must be flexible to work rotational shifts.
