Job Description
- Oversee and manage engineers, technicians, and other maintenance personnel.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for team members.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all critical systems and equipment.
- Monitor and manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and other critical systems for optimal performance.
- Coordinate with AMC vendors for maintenance services.
- Ensure timely Project required spare parts, consumables, and other requirements.
- Serve as the point of contact for client communications regarding operational updates and maintenance issues.
- Provide timely updates and reports to clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Compile and submit daily reports, utility consumption reports, MIS reports, incident logs and Preparation Technician Shift scheduling.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inventory, and vendor interactions.
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as equipment failures, power outages, and safety incidents.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure quick resolution and minimal disruption.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (EHS) standards.
- Conduct periodic audits to verify adherence to safety protocols.
- Keep track of all assets, including maintenance schedules and warranty periods.
- Support project activities, including installations, upgrades, and retrofits, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
- Track and analyze energy consumption, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimization measures.
- Prepare shift schedules for engineers and technicians, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Ensure smooth communication and handover of tasks between shifts.
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
- Oversee the work permit process for internal and external teams working on-site, ensuring safety compliance.
- Suggest improvements and provide updates on completed and ongoing tasks.
- Work closely with the EHS team, TSAT representatives, and management to align operations with organizational goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve recurring or critical maintenance issues effectively, preventing downtime.
- Manage the PPM calendar Periodically by addition and deletion of any equipment’s.
- Available Tools and tackles to be reported to the management.
- Prepare MMR (Monthly Management Report).
