Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Handle the on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial machinery at client locations.
- Provide routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repair services for breakdowns.
- Diagnose technical issues, identify required spare parts, and resolve mechanical/electrical faults.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical training to the client's operators for smooth machinery operation.
- Maintain a proper service log, customer feedback reports, and coordinate with the internal team for technical support.
- Build and maintain strong, reliable relationships with clients through high-quality after-sales service.
