Service Analysis Engineer -BE EEE/ECE

Position SummaryThe Service Analysis Engineer is responsible for documenting, analysing, and maintaining service-related technical information to support effective troubleshooting, continuous product improvement, and provide high-quality dealer and end customer service support.

The role serves as the central point for capturing field service information, documenting engineering discussions, analysing failures, preparing technical reports, developing service documentation, and supporting the engineering team in identifying recurring field issues and improvement opportunities.

The position plays a critical role in converting field service experience into structured engineering records that support technical decision-making, service quality improvement, and future product enhancements.

Failure Trend Analysis & Corrective Action Monitoring

Continuously monitor and analyse product failures, service issues, and recurring failure trends. Raise a quality flag whenever an abnormal failure pattern is observed and ensure that the flag remains open until the issue has been addressed through appropriate corrective and preventive actions and the implementation has been verified.

This role combines technical documentation with basic engineering analysis. The incumbent is expected to accurately document service observations and failure details, understand the reported problem, and carry out a preliminary root cause analysis based on available technical knowledge and evidence. The findings shall be reviewed with the senior engineering team for detailed root cause validation, after which the case shall be handed over to the Quality department for corrective and preventive action implementation. The role is responsible for tracking the progress and ensuring effective closure of the identified issue.
