Job SummaryTeknik Motors is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Advisor to manage customer vehicle service requirements, provide accurate service estimates, coordinate with workshop teams, and ensure an exceptional service experience for Royal Enfield customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesReceive customers and understand vehicle concerns and service requirements.
• Prepare Job Cards and explain repair recommendations to customers.
• Provide service estimates, timelines, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisors for repair progress.
• Update customers regularly on vehicle status and additional repair requirements.
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and service-related queries professionally.
• Promote service packages, accessories, and value-added services.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer information.
• Achieve customer satisfaction and revenue targets.
• EligibilityDiploma / ITI / Any Graduate.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry preferred.
• Experience in two-wheeler service operations is an added advantage.
• Skills RequiredStrong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Technical knowledge of motorcycles and service processes.
• Ability to prepare estimates and explain repairs clearly.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage.
• Fluency in Kannada. Knowledge of English, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu is preferred.
