Job Description

Job OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy, persuasive, and result-oriented Real estate Telesales Executive to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers. Your primary responsibility will be to dial inbound/outbound leads, understand client requirements, pitch our residential/commercial projects, and successfully schedule site visits for our field sales team.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Calling: Make outbound calls to warm leads, database contacts, and property seekers to introduce our real estate projects.
  • Pitching & Qualification: Effectively explain project USPs, configurations, pricing, and location benefits to prospective buyers. Understand their budget and requirements.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Convince interested prospects and schedule confirmed property Site Visits or face-to-face meetings for the field sales (BDE) team.
  • Follow-ups: Maintain a regular follow-up pipeline with cold or hesitant leads to nurture them towards a buying decision.
  • CRM Management: Accurately update call logs, lead statuses, and client feedback in the CRM system daily.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call connectivity targets and weekly/monthly site-visit scheduling quotas.
  • Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
  • Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales. (Prior experience in Real Estate, Banking, Loans, or Insurance telesales is a massive plus. Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome).
  • Language Skills: Good English and excellent fluency in the local/regional language to build instant rapport with clients.
  • Core Skills: Strong phone etiquette, active listening, objection handling, and a high rejection tolerance.
