Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Understand manpower requirements and job profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate screening.
- Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding selection, salary, documents, and joining date.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Ensure candidates report on the confirmed joining date.
- Coordinate with the HR team for document collection and onboarding.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates until they join.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment updates.
- Support walk-in drives and bulk hiring activities.
- Handle candidate queries and resolve recruitment-related issues.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets within the given timeline.
- Requirements:1–3 years of experience in recruitment preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in bulk hiring or field recruitment is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and screening methods.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
