Senior Distribution Manager

Job Role: The Senior Distribution Manager will be responsible for leading, training, grooming, and developing a team, while managing distribution activities and supporting overall business growth. The role focuses strongly on Team Handling, People Management, Leadership, Partner Development, and Performance Management.

• Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve organizational objectives.
• Take responsibility for Team Handling & People Management.
• Recruit, train, groom, and develop team members.

• Maintain regular performance reports and provide updates to management.
