• Key Responsibilities1. Architectural Design & PlanningPrepare concept designs, master plans, and architectural drawings.
• Develop 2D layouts, 3D elevations, and presentation designs.
• Handle residential, commercial, villa, farmhouse, plotted development, and hospitality projects.
• Ensure functional, modern, and premium design standards.
• 2. Project CoordinationCoordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and landscape consultants.
• Work closely with construction and site execution teams.
• Attend client meetings and understand project requirements.
• Coordinate approvals and project timelines.
• 3. Site & Execution ManagementConduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
• Ensure construction follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Resolve technical and design-related issues during execution.
• Maintain quality standards and safety compliance.
• 4. Client Handling & PresentationPresent design proposals to clients and investors.
• Modify plans based on client feedback and market requirements.
• Support sales and marketing teams with project presentations and brochures.
• Assist in premium project branding and visualization.
• 5. Documentation & ApprovalsPrepare working drawings, BOQ coordination, and submission drawings.
• Handle approvals related to:
• BDA
• BBMP
• BMRDA
• BIAPPA
• Panchayat / DTCP / CUDA approvals
• Ensure all drawings comply with local building regulations.
• 6. Software & Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit
• Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray
• Photoshop
• MS Office
• Ability to prepare high-quality renders and walkthrough concepts.
• 7. Team LeadershipGuide junior architects and drafting teams.
• Monitor design quality and project deadlines.
• Support management in project planning and execution strategy.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• 5–10+ years of experience in architecture and construction projects.
• Experience in North Bangalore real estate projects preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in luxury villas, plotted development, farm projects, or commercial projects is an added advantage.
