Job Description

Job Title: Team Lead – Sales & Marketing

Company: Closed Circuit AI Pvt Ltd

Location: Bengaluru / Work from Home

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM



Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
  • Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
  • Note: This role does not include PF, PT, ESI, or other statutory benefits. Employees are responsible for their own tax compliance.



Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales / Marketing
  • Prior experience in team handling (8–10 members) is mandatory



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 8–10 sales executives
  • Ensure team target achievement (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Drive performance and extract maximum productivity from team members
  • Provide continuous guidance, monitoring, and support
  • Maintain strict reporting discipline (hourly updates required)
  • Track individual and team performance metrics
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and performance reviews
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality



Additional Leadership & Ownership Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end team management (full-stack responsibility)
  • Identify and hire team members by conducting interviews
  • Assign and monitor individual targets for team members
  • Manage team members’ leave tracking and approvals
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals
  • Handle employee lifecycle activities, including exit formalities
  • Ensure overall team discipline, productivity, and accountability



Work Requirements

  • Candidate must have a laptop and stable internet connection
  • Must be comfortable working in a remote / work-from-home setup



Performance Expectations

  • Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
  • Maintain both quality and quantity of output
  • Ensure continuous improvement in team performance
  • Deliver consistent 5-star customer feedback
  • Take immediate corrective actions for any performance gaps



Work Style

  • This is a highly performance-driven and micro-managed role
  • Requires strong ownership, accountability, and leadership skills
  • Candidate must be comfortable with strict monitoring and reporting structure



Probation & Leave Policy

Probation Period: 3 Months

During Probation:

  • No leaves allowed
  • All public holidays are considered working days

After Confirmation:

  • 12 Casual Leaves per year
  • 8 Public Holidays per year



Termination Clause

The company reserves the right to take immediate action or terminate employment in case of:

  • Non-performance
  • Misconduct
  • Failure to meet targets or reporting requirements
  • Unprofessional behavior
