Sales Team Lead

·        Minimum 2–5 years of experience in operations, customer support, or partner management (preferably in logistics or transport-tech , Sales platforms).

·        Proven experience leading a small to mid-sized team.

·        Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage).

·        Proficiency in CRM tools, ticketing systems, and Excel/Google Sheets.

·        Excellent problem-solving and people management skills.
