Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Head of Sales & Marketing who will be responsible for driving business growth across corporate catering, event catering, and wedding segments. This is a leadership role with complete ownership of sales, marketing, and revenue generation, along with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Catering Sales (B2B):

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients through cold calling, field visits, and networking
  • Schedule meetings and present catering solutions
  • Organize and coordinate food trials for prospective clients
  • Convert leads into long-term contracts for daily meal services
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR/Admin teams of companies

2. Events & Wedding Sales:

  • Generate leads for weddings, personal events, and corporate events
  • Develop tie-ups with event planners, venues, banquet halls, and wedding organizers
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Handle client consultations and customize catering proposals

3. Lead Management & Conversion:

  • Manage and convert leads generated through social media and marketing campaigns
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and strong closure rates
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and clients

4. Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Plan and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies
  • Suggest and implement campaigns to generate quality leads
  • Work closely with digital marketing teams to improve reach and conversions
  • Bring new ideas to scale the business across segments

5. Team Building & Leadership:

  • Hire, train, and manage a dedicated sales and marketing team
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and targets for team members
  • Build processes and systems for efficient sales operations
  • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of overall business goals

6. Revenue Ownership & Growth:

  • Own end-to-end revenue targets across all segments
  • Drive consistent growth in corporate contracts and event bookings
  • Track key performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales/marketing (preferably in catering, hospitality, events, or related industries)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience in corporate sales and client acquisition
  • Leadership experience with the ability to build and manage teams
  • Field-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets
  • Strong industry network is a significant advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in hospitality, hotel management, or business development
  • Experience in handling high-value clients and large-scale events
