Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Pay: ₹1,500/month
• Sales Commission: 20% of every sale successfully closed
• Lead Conversion Incentive: ₹150 for every successful lead converted into a sale
• Additional earning: No fixed limit — higher sales and conversions mean higher earnings.
• Experience Letter: Provided as per company policy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
• Explain company products/services and generate interest.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Generate new leads through online and offline marketing activities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Maintain lead and sales records.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Support basic digital marketing and promotional activities.

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with experience in telesales, telecalling, sales, business development, lead generation or marketing are preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Earning Example, If you close ₹50,000 in sales:

20% Sales Commission = ₹10,000

Plus applicable ₹150 successful lead conversion incentives.

The more sales you close, the more you can earn.
